INTIMACY

Nudity is similtaneously a natural and unnatural phenomenon. 

Humans are originally naked (for however brief a moment) and yet clothing and/or body ornamentation is a social inevitability. This has lead to nudity being associated almost always with the topic of sex (as this is one of the only natural settings where a person would be naked).

The intentions of this project were to bring attention the issue of society’s pressure for us to oppress our physical selves and to highlight the beauty of true intimate moments, unable to be seen due to this trivial issue.
